Decision Bowl
For couples, friends, and flatmates

Stop the “you pick, no, you pick” loop.

Drop restaurants and ideas into a shared bowl, then pull one out. Everyone's in, nobody gets blamed, and you actually go.

Give it a spin

Add an idea or two, then pull one out. Nothing is saved.

Whatever you keep asking each other

Couples

“Where should we eat tonight?”

Date night without the twenty questions. Stock the bowl once, then pull whenever you're stuck.

Friends

“So… what are we doing Saturday?”

Everyone adds what they'd love to do. One pull settles it, and nobody has to be the organizer.

Tonight's pick

One tap. Go eat.

How it works

  1. Everyone drops in ideas

Restaurants, activities, date ideas. Each person adds their own, and only you can read yours until it's pulled.

  2. Pull one out

One tap draws a slip. Every slip has the same chance, so nobody picks and nobody takes the blame.

  3. Go do it

Not feeling it? Put it back or pull again. Otherwise, that's the plan.

Secret until pulled

Slips stay hidden, so nobody anchors on a favorite or feels judged for their idea.

Actually fair

Every slip in the bowl has the same chance. No favorites, and no “newest first”.

Everyone's in

Anyone in the bowl can add slips and pull one out. No one has to be in charge.

Good questions

Is it really random?
Yes. Every slip in the bowl has the same chance of being pulled, using secure random numbers.
What if I don't like what comes out?
Put it back or pull again. Treat the pick as law or as a strong suggestion; that part is up to you.
What does it cost?
Your first bowl is free, for up to 3 people and 15 slips. When you need more, premium is $12 a year or $60 once.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. A bowl over the free limits keeps everything in it and you can still pull slips, but it can't take new slips or people until it's back within them.
What does lifetime mean?
It lasts for as long as Decision Bowl runs. If we ever shut it down, the plan ends with it, and we'll tell you ahead of time where we can.
Do my friends need an account?
